Where is our data stored?
Your data is kept on servers in Türkiye and backed up, encrypted, to a separate location every night.
Can another company see our data?
No. Each company’s data is kept separate and only that company’s authorised users can access it.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones and tablets and can be added to the home screen like an app.
Will our own company name appear on emails and documents?
Yes. Emails, statements and reports sent to your clients carry your company name.
Can it be installed on our own server?
Yes. If you prefer, the system is installed on your own server instead of the cloud, so your data stays entirely with you. Installation and maintenance terms are included in the quotation.
How many users can we start with?
Licences are based on the number of managers and surveyors; your ship-owner clients are not counted and are unlimited. You can add users as you grow.
