This notice explains how personal data of visitors to ymobilisim.com who fill in the contact form is processed. It is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The Turkish version is the legally binding text.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: full name, company name, email address, phone number.
- Request details: the product you are interested in and anything you write in your message.
- Security: the date and time of submission and your IP address.
Please do not include special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data, etc.) in your message.
3. Purposes
- To review your quotation or demo request, reply to you and prepare a quotation,
- To contact you about your request,
- To prevent misuse of the form and spam, and to keep our systems secure,
- To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights in the event of a dispute.
4. Legal grounds and collection
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form and processed on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK:
- (c) processing is directly related to entering into a contract: reviewing your request,
- (ç) compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller,
- (f) our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights: form security and record keeping.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only for the purposes above with:
- our hosting and business email provider based in Türkiye,
- competent public authorities, where required by law.
The website loads all of its files, including fonts, from its own server; no data is sent to services abroad during your visit.
6. Retention
Quotation requests are kept for 2 years after the request is concluded. If a request leads to a contract, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; to object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
